He also called on the government to provide advance payments to workers due to their employers ran away or whose factories have been closed and have not been compensated.

His remarks came after the Prime Minister of Cambodia, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, said, "Workers from pregnancy to the age of two year s old childrend must receive support. It should be noted that from the time of pregnancy until the child is 2 years old, a worker will receive a total subsidy of 760,000 Riels, divided into 3 stages, the first is during pregnancy is to pay 4 times one time 40,000 riels, the second stage is to give 200,000 riels at giving birth time and the third stage is after childbirth until the child under two years is to pay 10 times 40,000 riels each time.
