Phnom Penh: CARE Cambodia recently held a Two-Year Project Reflection Meeting, creating an opportunity for relevant stakeholders to review achievements, examine challenges in factories, and identify practical solutions to improve working conditions and worker well-being.
Under the Strengthening Economic Resilience II project, supported by Lululemon, 20 participants from key partner organizations—including the Collective Union of Movement of Workers, the Alliance for Conflict Transformation, and representatives from the Ministry of Women’s Affairs (MoWA)—gathered on March 25, 2026, at the CARE Cambodia office.
During the meeting, participants learned about the Gender-Based Violence Safe App through video demonstrations and gained deeper insight into how the tool helps create safer workplaces and improves access to support services.
The gathering also reinforced a shared commitment to building safer, more inclusive, and resilient workplaces for women workers.
