Svay Rieng: Ms. Kuch Chenda, a representative of the workers' movement at the Xueda (Cambodia) Dong Seng Textile Garment Co., Ltd. factory in the Methatten Special Economic Zone in Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province, was the target of an assassination attempt by the Chinese administration.

On November 12, Ms. Kuch Chenda first addressed the issue of pregnant workers in relation to the case of an erroneous money transfer, which included some verbal clashes.

On November 19, the Chinese administration at the Xueda factory, known as HOU CHENGTUAN, attempted to assassinate Kuch Chenda using a Highlander.

In the case of the attempted murder of Ms. Kuch Chenda, Pav Sina, President of the Collective Union of Movement of Workers, requested that the Svay Rieng Provincial Prosecutor investigate the Chinese administration and take legal action against the individuals involved.
